Anika Beckenbach advises the management and shareholders of medium-sized companies on matters of corporate, commercial, and tax law. She also assists and represents clients in the judicial and extrajudicial enforcement and defense of claims under corporate and civil law.

Another key area of Anika Beckenbach’s practice is private school law. She advises private school operators, in particular, on all matters related to state approval and recognition of private schools by the relevant school supervisory authorities.
