Job Description

Daniel Ledvinka advises and represents his clients—which include companies, entrepreneurs, and executives—primarily in the areas of individual and collective labor law. In addition to providing ongoing operational advice, he is also sought after for representation in judicial and extrajudicial disputes, such as unfair dismissal cases or conciliation proceedings. Time and again, it becomes clear that a thorough review and regular updating of existing contracts, as well as the drafting of new ones, can prevent protracted disputes later on. Daniel Ledvinka pursues this approach of clear and economically sound advice in his practice.

In addition to his focus on labor law, he advises his clients on drafting contracts and resolving disputes in commercial lease law, as well as in civil litigation.
