Job Description

Jan Erik Jonescheit advises on corporate acquisitions and divestitures, as well as on corporate restructuring. Another area of focus is advising on the choice of legal structure, company formation, and financing through mezzanine capital and venture capital.

Jan Erik Jonescheit supports his clients throughout the entire transaction process, from advising on agreements with M&A advisors to the notarization of a purchase agreement. In addition, Mr. Jonescheit advises on financing for start-ups and growing companies, as well as on financing and shareholder agreements. As a specialist attorney in tax law, he keeps both the legal terms of the agreement and the tax implications in mind.

In the context of corporate restructuring and reorganization, Mr. Jonescheit advises creditors on securing their claims and assists the management of companies seeking reorganization in structuring the restructuring process.
