Individual Labor Law
Our advice on individual employment law begins with the drafting of employment and service contracts and extends to the design of new compensation models, retirement, termination agreements, and dismissals. One of our areas of focus is the legally compliant use of temporary staff and external contractors, as well as the recruitment of personnel from abroad and the secondment of employees abroad.
By drafting legally sound contracts for our clients from the outset—contracts that, above all, meet the company’s business needs—we can effectively prevent future disputes.
Labor Law
We address the extensive overlap between individual employment contracts and the provisions of works constitution law and collective bargaining law through our long-standing expertise in collective labor law. We assist our clients in negotiations with employee representatives and unions, as well as in proceedings before labor courts or out-of-court conciliation boards.
New Work: The Future of the Workplace
The world of work is constantly evolving toward agile working practices that are not tied to a specific workplace or rigid working hours. Together with our clients, we develop a legal framework that adequately addresses data protection, confidentiality, and insurance law considerations.
