Daniel Ledvinka advises and represents his clients, which include companies, entrepreneurs and executives, mainly in the area of Individual and Collective Labour Law. In addition to providing ongoing advice with operational challenges, he frequently represents clients in judicial and extrajudicial disputes, such as proceedings against unfair dismissal or conciliation board proceedings. In this context, the well-founded review and regular updating of existing contracts and drafting of new ones can avoid lengthy disputes later on. Daniel Ledvinka’s approach always focuses on clear and economically sensible advice.

Besides his focus on Labour Law, he advises clients on contract design, disputes in Commercial Tenancy Law as well as in civil litigation.
