Jan Erik Jonescheit supports his clients throughout the entire transaction process, from advising on agreements with M&A advisors to the notarisation of company purchase agreements. In addition, Mr. Jonescheit focuses on the financing of young and growing companies during their formation as well as designing shareholder or financing agreements.
