Conflict resolution without collateral damage

Thanks to our broad experience in litigation, we are able to represent our clients during conflict situations in the best possible way and avoid economic damage. This applies, for example, to the dismissal of executive bodies, actions by partners and shareholders to contest or determine resolutions, and the withdrawal and compensation of individual partners in the context of restructuring measures.

Supporting change, enabling transactions

When restructuring makes economic sense, a multitude of legal hurdles often arises, both in terms of Corporate Law, Labour Law, Tax Law and Compliance. We overcome these hurdles together with our clients, e.g. in mergers, spin-offs, changes of legal form or in the structuring of contractual groups. Later conflicts can often be avoided by means of safeguarding and solution-oriented contracts.

Corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions

We advise German and international clients on mergers and the acquisition of shares. Many of our transactions do not require large advisory teams. Our lawyers increase the chances of success by keeping in mind the main goals and providing practical solutions.

Insquare can draw on proven expertise in all types of corporate acquisitions. We support our clients at all stages of the transaction, starting with structuring, preparing or conducting due diligence, entering into non-disclosure agreements or an LoI, and subsequently negotiating the acquisition or disposal of shares, business interests or individual assets.
